The fourth-grade students recently participated in an educational visit from Jim Moran, the creator of Semper Smart Games. During the session, and participated in a Double Done tournament within each homeroom. The winner from each class advanced to compete against Moran, and the highest-scoring student was named the fourth-grade tournament champion.
To support continued learning, Moran donated a classroom set of Play Smart Dice games. These mathematics-based activities are designed to build fluency through engaging gameplay. According to student feedback, the preferred games included Double Done 151, Election Night, Blobby’s Pizza, and Math Tac Toe.
