On Friday, students at Albany High enjoyed a featuring talented BMX riders!
The No Hate High School Tour is a free program that has been running for 26 years that combines the thrill of action sports with impactful messages about combatting bullying, overcoming obstacles, being an ally, including others, practicing kindness and surrounding yourself with positive influences.
Students had a blast watching a variety of BMX stunts, including one where the rider flew over Principal Jodi Commerford!
Afterward, students enjoyed getting autographs from the BMX riders featured in the program.
Our school community is thankful for the opportunity to reinforce the importance of treating others with respect and dignity through such a fun and engaging presentation!
