Falcons and families! Here's everything you need to know about school photos for the 2025-26 school year!
Students in grades 9-11
- School photos will take place Monday, Nov. 3-Thursday, Nov. 6.
- Students will get their photo taken during gym class. The gym teacher will escort all students to the third-floor balcony lobby for their photo. Please review this to determine the day and class period when your student's photo will take place.
- Every student is expected to have a school photo taken. School photos are utilized for SchoolTool, student IDs and our Albany High yearbook.
- Students should dress appropriately as outlined in the Code of Conduct for school photos.
- Students and families are welcome to order photos from Upstate Images, but it is completely optional.
- Families will receive a communication via text directly from Upstate Images with ordering instructions. Paper order forms will be available on picture days if students would like to bring one home. Families can using the online code AlbanyHSF25.
- Families can choose to have their photos shipped to Albany High for free for pre-orders placed within 48 hours after a student's picture day. Prints will be distributed to students by Albany High staff if this option is selected. There is also an option to have prints mailed to your home for a $6 shipping fee.
- There will be a photo re-take day for our Falcons who were absent on their photo day or need a picture re-take. Stay tuned for more details.
Senior photos
- Seniors, please remember to book your senior photos! We will have sessions at Albany High available the following dates:
- Monday, Dec. 8 - Thursday, Dec. 11
- Monday, Dec. 15 - Friday, Dec. 19
- to book your session. Typically, sessions are available between 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Be sure to select "Capital District" as your region.
- with important details on photo packages, requirements for attire and the option for a free Yearbook-only portrait session.
