Update on school tax mailing error
Our Albany High cross country runners put forth an excellent performance at the on Sept. 19, with our girls' team securing second place overall and earning a team plaque!
Junior Tess Moore led our girls' team, placing third out of 61 runners with a time of 20:19 on the 2.95 mile course. Sophomores Mariana Hentrich, Emmaline Dalland and Simone Schou all earned a medal for placing in the top 25 and helped contribute to the team win with strong finishes.
For our boys' team, senior Daniel Levy ran a personal best time of 17:50 on the 2.95 mile course and secured a medal by coming in twelfth place. Freshman Archer Goldman also put forth a stellar performance, earning a medal with a nineteenth-place finish and time of 18:11.
Come cheer on our Falcons on Tuesday, Sept. 28, as they compete against Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake, Guilderland and Saratoga Springs at Capital Hills Golf Course. Races kick off at 4:15 p.m. We will also honor our senior athletes that evening. We hope to see you there!
