Albany High hosted its first home sports competition of the 2026-27 season at The Nest on Tuesday evening as our boys' soccer team faced off against Schalmont!
Our Falcons delivered a thrilling win, defeating the Sabres 4-0. Ahadi Wangya, Adam Rouse, Garnett Ngome Ekiti and Rajanie Morgan each scored a goal, with Ngome Ekiti also delivering an assist. Evan Bermejo recorded five saves for Albany to record the shutout.
Come to Albany High tonight, Sept. 2, to pack the stands with Falcon fans! Our girls' tennis team will face off against Guilderland at 4:15 p.m. and our girls' soccer team takes on Berne-Knox-Westerlo at 4:30 p.m.
