Boys' lacrosse storms the field

Albany High player running with the ball

Our boys' lacrosse team showed incredible energy, grit and enthusiasm at last night's home game against Amsterdam at The Nest.

Due to storms in the area, the game was paused at halftime, with our Falcons well ahead on the scoreboard, 4-2.

Reece Henry, Everett Mercier, Pearse Sagaas and Jacob Whalen each contributed a goal, and keeper Jude Caton anchored a strong defensive effort. Our Falcons dominated face-offs, and demonstrated excellent teamwork on the field.

The remainder of the game will be played at a later date, which is still yet to be determined.

Come cheer on our Falcons at their next home game on Monday, April 20, as they face off against Schenectady. The game begins at 5 p.m.
